“I just bought my first property in Seattle and worked with Marie Dennis. Before her, I worked with a few real estate agents in the past couple of year. In this business, some of these folks are barely crossing the finish line and are just expecting for the “right clients to come, so that they get a nice chunk of money at the of transaction”. They should take lessons from Marie. Marie was attentive from day 1. Since this apartment was my first purchase in Seattle - so she went over the city rules and everything that I needed to know to be comfortable starting the process. Next, comes the house viewing phase. Marie spent every opportunity to learn who I was as a client and little by little she knew exactly which properties to show me! In a matter of a couple of weeks, she perfected the filtering of their system to only show the types of properties that matched my interest. She never once dropped the ball. When I found my dream place and it was time for the negotiation, she fought for me to get the purchase price that I wanted. She also ensured that the inspection went well and negotiated seller credits to make the transaction correct (due to issues with the condo). During the mortgage signing phase, I had a few issues with the broker not being responsive nor wanting to offer me the best interest rates. Marie once again stepped in and mediated the communication to make it right for me! And finally, during the closing phase, I was on a business trip, but Marie took care of everything for me! She took the keys, and gave me a list of contractors for renovations! Wow! Honestly, she’s a no brainer! Go with her and you will have no regrets :)”
“Tom Graff is the best Leasing Manager I have experienced. He is kind, genuinely cares and works with people to assist in securing a rental deal that is reasonable. Always forward-thinking, with a positive attitude. He is workable and flexible. I am so eager to rent from this company thanks to him, and to bring more people to sublease. Tom actually and genuinely takes care of the tenants, these sacred lands, the well-being of the property's plants, and the health of the community by investing in things like Fine Pruning the garden; which he allowed me to do for their gorgeous Japanese Maple in West Seattle. This increased the property value tremendously and added a good flow of abundance energy in the Feng Shui. Blessed and grateful to work with such lovely humans. To a much brighter future ahead!”
“Kristine was AMAZING from start to finish in selling my house. She guided me pre-sale in figuring out what work to do (paint, yard, etc and she knew what mattered and what didn’t do I didn’t waste time and money). She helped me find contractors to do work at reasonable prices (better than my usual people!) and helped me with stagers. She got the yard looking great and got it on the market when she planned - no delays. She went above and beyond in marketing and holding open houses and creatively bringing in buyers. It took six months over the holidays to sell - no one was buying anything right then but she kept going and was persistent but not pushy. She kept me updated at every step. When it came time for an offer, she guided me and helped me evaluate the offer alongside what else was going on in the market. She is so knowledgeable about the competition, what else is going on with other houses that potential buyers were looking at … I felt in such great hands. In the end, my house sold and I felt great about every aspect of it. I would highly recommend Kristine to anyone - she is smart, savvy, no nonsense and a pleasure to work with - buying or selling, I’d work with Kristine again in a heartbeat.”
