We do NOT currently have a SOC 2 Type II audit — formal compliance certifications are on the roadmap and we prioritize them against customer-specific procurement requirements. Yes. Webhook + native integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot, Encompass, Total Expert, and similar systems. Custom integrations are scoped during onboarding. API access is available for platform partners.

Typical cycle is 60–180 days depending on the depth of legal + security review. We have a procurement packet ready (DPA, MSA template, security overview) — ask for it and we'll send.

An assigned Vemra principal owns the relationship through implementation. After go-live, a dedicated account team (AM + technical lead) runs quarterly business reviews and roadmap planning with your team.

Yes. Enterprise customers get co-branded profile pages, market-level routing rules, and (in some cases) network-level landing pages. Co-marketing is part of the deal — you get aggregator credibility; we get logo placement.
